Today has been such a wonderful day; I'm reminded of why I'm head over heels in love with Gabe. He woke me up with coffee and salted caramel chocolates (he knows his wife) and a loving kiss. He had been helping me look through some old pictures I got back from Mom and said how much he loved them saying" You've always been beautiful. I don't know how you ever thought you weren't." He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me close which always melts me. He even changed Trevor before he left; I miss him so much, though we've been texting all day. I brought him his favorite chicken potato soup, which he absolutely devoured, and wrapped Trevor and I in a tight, loving hug. I don't think I could dare ask for more. My husband loves me, my son loves me, and my siblings love me; I truly dare not ask for more than that. This is the happiest I've ever felt. As I was making his soup I genuinely couldn't keep the smile off my face. I found myself in the kitchen, cooking and smiling; the difference in me since we got together is unbelievable. I don't understand how Mom doesn't like him. I guess that's it for now.
