I made a hurried breakfast of grits and sausage this morning for my beloved and I;it was so good. He ate his more quickly than I ate mine so I snapped a picture of my own plate. He hugged and kissed me the second he walked in the door yesterday, so tightly and lovingly. He announced " I have a surprise for you, baby. I got tickets to see Lacuna Coil the day after we see The Birthday Massacre, and a new dress for you." We both love Lacuna Coil and I was shocked the tickets were reasonably priced, though I feel bad that he spent more money on me. It's still almost $200 for the both of us for the 2 shows. This is going to be so much fun, and I feel so lucky to have him. I asked him why he does these things for me and he said " Because you never ask for anything, you just give and love me. I've never been with a woman who didn't ask me for anything before or have some ulterior motive. You do nothing but love me and care for me." 😭😭🥹🥹🥹 My heart when he says things like that; and I totally reciprocate his sentiments. I went to get my car washed after bringing him lunch as it was looking pretty dirty and that was bothering me. I couldn't help but think of Dennis's filthy hands on the handles, trying to get into my car, and shuddered involuntarily. I also kind of wanted to symbolically wash away all traces of him. I got another call from the police and they intereogated him some more; as it turns out he had broken in and stolen my vanilla body scrub and shower sponge out of our bathroom, because they had been close to my body. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I don't have words for how disgusting and pathetic this is. Gabe still gets mad whenever this subject comes up so I try not to bring it up too much. The difference between them is staggering. I guess that's it for now.
