A hot but wonderful day

 I thought I would take a minute and write while on break. The heat has been absolutely brutal lately and I worry a bit about both my sister and Gabe as they both work outside. Both (luckily) have let me know they're alright and have been careful. Neither of them handle the heat any better than I do honestly so I feel I have reason to be concerned about them when it's over 100° and they're out there for hours. I want so much to go home and just relax; it's been quite a long and busy week for everyone. Our one year anniversary is coming up in a few days and I'm so excited and happy. It's crazy how quickly a year can go by; I swear the older I get the faster time runs away from me. My nephew is going to be 4 in a few months and my baby brother is going to be 30. It's amazing how much better life is now than it was. I honestly can't help but smile when I think of all the wonderful people I have in my life. It's just a few people who can make all the difference. I know I talk about Gabe a lot but I can't get over how much I love him. He's out there busting his ass and stops to tell me he loves me and see how I am. Part of me hopes he was serious when he talked about marriage. I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about it. I honestly hope he asks me. I guess that enough for now.
